Hull # 25 is being built by Jean Paul and Cynthia of Belgium. They started building the starboard hull in May 2004 and finished it in October of 2005. They are currently building the port hull and have created a blog of the process that you can view here.

Their boat will boast a Junk rig when finished and they intend to launch by the end of 2007 if all goes well. From the looks of their progress they won't have any trouble meeting that deadline!
